Bank ke sath meeting karte waqt aapko thoda mazboot aur samajhdar banna padega. Negotiation ke dauran ye baten aapke kaam aayengi:
Emotional Mat Baniye: Bank ke officers aapse professional baat karenge, isliye aap bhi bina dare aur bina emotional huye sirf facts aur apne budget par baat karein.

Apna Budget Fix Karein: Baat shuru karne se pehle ye tay kar lein ki aap maximum kitna paisa de sakte hain. Agar aapka loan 5 lakh ka hai, toh aap unhe 1.5 ya 2 lakh se offer shuru kar sakte hain.

Waiver Ki Demand Karein: Bank se kahein ki wo aapki late fees, penal interest aur baki ke extra charges ko poori tarah maaf (waive off) kar dein.
4. Harassment Ke Khilaf Awaaz Uthayein

RBI ke guidelines ke mutabik koi bhi agent aapko subah 8 baje se pehle aur shaam 7 baje ke baad call nahi kar sakta, na hi aapke ghar aakar badtameezi kar sakta hai.
Agar aisa hota hai, toh unki recording karein aur unhe batayein ki aap iski shikayat RBI Ombudsman aur police me karenge. Jab bank ko lagega ki aap apne rights jante hain, toh unka ravaiya negotiation ke waqt badal jayega.
5. Settlement Se Pehle Ka Sabse Important Rule
Jab bank aapse kisi ek amount par raazi ho jaye, toh kabhi bhi oral (zubani) baat par bharosa karke paisa jama mat karein.

Settlement Letter Maangein: Bank se kahein ki wo aapko official letterhead par ‘Settlement Letter’ issue karein, jisme likha ho ki itna paisa lene ke baad aapka loan close mana jayega.

No Dues Certificate (NDC): Paisa jama karne ke baad bank se NDC ya No Objection Certificate (NOC) zaroori lein.
